If Iam eligable, how much would I receive for this type of injury, I had surgery and was off work for 6 weeks.

If you were to sue your employer you run the risk of retaliation and being black balled.

How did you get hurt. Was the company negligent? Are you collecting Workman's' compensation? It is not easy to sue an employer unless you can prove gross negligence.
