Or even lawyers from the US or elsewhere who are well acquainted with European Affairs.
My question is this...Is it lawful for me to sue a company in the European Court of Justice. As long as that company is in one of the European member states (EU) and as long as this situation involves only me and the company? Supposing its possible, then what if i come from a EU country where there is a LIMITED time to file my charges against a defendant and of course the period to file the charges are past then does the European Court of Justice have and ulimited period of time for me to bring my case before them??

Consult a lawyer if your claim is serious. Probably there is a statute of limitations.
