Despite the Law, evidence and witnesses, my rights were run roughshod over by a Family Court judge. I was refused when I tried to provide evidence to the courts and was denied the custody arrangements agreed to in mediation because the other parent wanted to be able to visit her mother. I had proof that she commited gross and blatant perjury, which was ignored. The list goes on and on.
I know I am not the only one. But should the judicial system itself be held accountable for blatant infringements on our rights?

You have 0 chance with a claim against a judge or prosecutor.

You can't sue a judge or a court. Even if the judge makes the wrong decision. Its called immunity. If you want to change the system, go to the legislature. My advice, work on fixing the situation with your children first. Keep trying to work within the system, the court will eventually figure out that someone is lying.
