my doctor has not treated my illness despite the fact that i ask and beg for him to every visit. i can not get a regular daytime appointment, either, because my visits are paid with sexual favors. five years down the road now, all that i have to show for myself is an addiction to lortab. can someone please let me know if i do have a legitimate lawsuit

it isnt sexual harassment if you were voluntarily doing the sexual favors. the moment he asked for them you shouldve changed doctors. you were prostituting yourself in exchange for medical care. and apparently bad medical care, at that.
