I know that laws differ in different states, so I guess that you can just answer for your area...............
If a doctor failed to do the following, would it be medical malpractice in your area?
A. In failing to order correct and proper diagnostic testing.
B. In failing to obtain informed consent;
C. In failing to identify all the structures before cutting them;
D.In using improper technique;
E.In failing to properly secure a bladder suspension;
F.In injuring pelvic nerves
G. and H. (I'm leaving these out, as they are explicit..)
I. In failing to provide for correct and proper after-care.
J. In failing to give correct medication.
Just wondering if these are malpractice in most areas. -- If only some are, can you tell me which?

Hello.
I'm not a lawyer, but the above is clearly a malpractice issue. I'd go look for a lawyer that specialize in this area, and sue them.
Best of luck.

Get a lawyer and sue the hell out of the doctor!! Seriously, there is no question about it... you deserve justice. No one should be treated like that.
