Are Medical Doctors Rich?

I use to believe that being a medical doctor meant you were rich!

Then many have told me "No, that's not true" and they told me how expensive it is to be a medical doctor and to keep up being one with college & medical school debt, malpractice insurance, the huge overhead, federal/state taxes, licensing fees, and life expenses! Many say "there far from rich! Only a few are"

Is that true?
