Neil Cavuto was so intent on limiting monetary awards for malpractice lawyers (isn't he the guy who thinks the government should not interfere with anyone's earnings?) that he suggested trial lawyers be fined 000 for every American who refuses to buy health insurance. He seemed to have no thoughts about how to increase coverage for the uninsured, lower medical costs for the rest of us or improving care for all.
