I missed the end of the episode. I saw in another answer that the dad killed himself, but I didn't know if the woman who didn't vaccinate her kid got charged with murder. I guess the baby's mom (Hilary Duff) went to jail for negligence. Anything else happen?

No she got off on the negligence charge (the woman that didnt vaccinate), HD character wasn't charged, she didnt kill her daughter, she died from swelling of the brain from the measels she contracted, then Hillary Duff character and her mom and dad went to that lady's house and was outside yelling and threatening her and then the lady opened the door and HD character's dad went in and Olivia and Elliot ran in and the Dad was gonna shoot the woman but ended up shooting himself. That is how it ended.
