yes go to where you were treated, in a hospital it will be in medical records, it usually takes 30 days to have results dictated, and just ask for them there is a slight cost but not much it is per sheet. Your doctor should have it for you also. Even if it doesn't say much get it now, that way if things get worse you have it to show the damage that has resulted over time.
