I was hired to work in a hospital and was required to take a TB test which came out positve and was required to be on medicine for about 6 months the doctors notes where to do a blood sample every 2 months and nothing was ever done that is untill i was very sick and whet to another doctor and found out I had Hepatitis due to the medicine I was taking. I spent one week in the hospital and off the meds and then was told I did not have to take them anymore. I can not donate plasma or go to research studys due to this. it has been 2 years can I still sue them for medical malpractice ?

Call an attorney and ask. The receptionist will likely know the answer. Some how or another, you should be able to find the statute of limitations (time limit for pressing charges) for free. You might also research your state rules on the internet.
