Well if you have the money, it isn't exactly hard to hire a lawyer. Ring law firms (try and find one that specialises in Medical law) and talk to them about the situation and your requirements then you will receive a price per hour, or a percentage of the possible winnings that must be paid to the lawyer after the case.

Well you should have given your location. But if you want to talk with real people and find a lawyer near you try http://www.good-legal-advice.com they can refer you to a lawyer near you that has the experience needed to try a med mal case. Using all the directories online will only get you a lawyer that might not get you what you deserve.
