I am in the 11th grade, and I"m thinking about going to college, and continuing to medical school. It has been my life long dream to be a doctor. I'm currently making all A's, and im strong in science and math. I have a very hard work ethic.

Your ability to take tests and get good grades is more important than your IQ (and schools don't care what your IQ is - they won't even ask). Of course, because of the advanced work, a higher IQ will make the memorization and heavy course load easier, but if you can continue to get all As in high school and college, and do very well on your MCAT once you're in college, you'll stand a decent chance of getting into medical school.
