Lots of factors to take into consideration. Did the assistant give the injection? Was it the wrong drug? If so, who prescribed it? Was the injection itself the cause of injury? Dirty needle? Defective syringe? If so, who made the syringe? Why was it dirty?

Well I've been a medical student, your question should be, was everything done according to procedure.

If not they can be held 100% .
If everything is done correctly (which it will be hard to prove it wasn't) then there is nothing you can do... good luck

i try to answer your question about your problem. At first you have to ask what sympthoms of that person get after he or she gets an injection. And then you have got to ask to the physcian or our pathner what is the best solution to handle it.
