Aren't schools supposed to inform the parents of all the kids in the same class or bus of a positively tested swine flu case (whether its a child or a teacher)?

If there is such a law, who should we report this negligence to and what should be done to ensure the safety of all the other children attending that school?
@ H thanks for yr answer.... so if the school reports it to the MOH, they are on the safe side.... how about the parents, shouldn't they take extra precautions like closing for a couple of days to sanitize a class or a bus or whatever, or at least so the parents cud keep the kids at home an put them under observation and head to the nearest hospital in case they show any symptoms.... and i am not talking about one or 2 individual cases.... its more than that!!

Schools, nurseries, companies, hospitals, Airports. etc HAVE to report any H1N1 case to the Authority (MoH). Even suspected cases have to be reported.

For not reported cases heafty penalties apply.

edit: Hope, don't get worried to much. I think we have it under control pretty much. Sanizising a schoolbus I think would go to far. You also can't sanize all cabs or public transportation that any sick person used. Also H1N1 doesn't get transferred through places and items. You need to be in direct contact with a sick person.

The ministry has stopped the testing of N1H1. So they report suspected cases of any flu
