Jaime Zuñiga Clamor, is he a victim of medical malpractice?, or as we call here in the philippines medical negligence. After a simple procedure of tracheostomy at a hospital in Ortigas by one Dr. Alonzo, He end up drowning in his own blood. After several days at the intensive care unit he eventually died. The doctors at the hospital gave different excuses which where far from believable. All the symptoms that something was wrong with the procedure were present but the doctor said that it was normal. We are dealing with a doctor in the biggest hospital here in the philippines and it seems like a fight between david and goliath. He will not rest until justice has been served and this may seem a very hard battle but JUSTICE WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL. GOD HELP US!
