My attorney who is handling my car accident case is not working very good. I have not received anything at all about the case. I was wondering if I can go still go find a new one to take over since I am still having my medical treatment and have not get to the settlement part yet.

Yes, you can still get another attorney. But keep in mind, this current attorney might file to get some of your settlement or sue you for the amount of time he spent working on your case, since it didnt go to completetion for him. AND sometimes other attorneys dont like to step in on a case that is already being handled by another attorney. They are funny that way. But hey, it doesnt hurt to try. Good luck.
