Pain management does not have to include drugs and chemicals, there is a relatively new science which should be able to help. It is four times Nobel Prize winning science with more than 350,000 scientific papers already written about it.
These idiots that sell pain killers online should be hung!
Immediate things to do, daft as it might sound;-
Avoid aspartame and caffeine like the plague.
Drink at least 2 liters of bottled still mineral water per day (anyone who suggests that it is a hype, has no idea what they are talking about).
Get some better advice than you obviously have been.

Don't do it- you NEED to go through a legit doctor. Try a pain clinic if you really need it.

there is no way to legally get a prescription legally without face to face contact, despite what sites claim. they usually have fake drugs too.
