The `Men In White` have been under the scanner ever since the noble profession of medicine was brought within the ambit of the Consumer Protection Act. In another case, the apex Court held that the law should be ` a watchdog, but not a bloodhound`. On `Aircel Chennai Speaks Out`, on NDTV- Hindu, senior journalist of NDTV 24x7- Sanjay Pinto brought into the studio, all the stake holders - eminent doctors, Indian Medical Association represenatatives, the Chief of the All India Ophthamological Association ( what with a spurt in `blinding` cataract surgeries in South India), Lawyers, Consumer Activists, Victims Of Medical Negligence, Govt. Doctors, Spokespersons of Chemists Associations, Medical Insurance Agents, Law & Medical Students for an unbiased, balanced, no holds barred debate.
