Chippewa Co. DHS Dawn Mastaw obstruction of Justice Video is self explanatory. I need copies of my medical records and materials such as ex-rays and cat scans to file medical malpractice law suit against the Doctor and PA who are in part responsible for the 100% loss of hearing my left ear. Dawn Mastaw the DHS Eligibility Specialist handling my case application for State Disability. Dawn Mastaw has been told that I need these records and Materials why I need them and she has repeatedly and illegally refused to give them to me while she has also stated that she was told not to give them to me. Refusing to give the to me is according to the MCL (Michigan Compiled Laws) is "Obstruction of Justice" and as that she has clearly stated that she was told not to give them to me then this implies that there is more than one person involved and that according to the MCL is "Conspiracy". Therefore Dawn Mastaw is Guilty of "Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice" which is a Felony.
